We just dropped off our daughter at the airport as she heads back for college in Miami, Fl. Bitter sweet for us, because we long for the day we are all together again every time we part ways. While trying to find our way through the maze that is La Guardia Airport and suddenly fearing the chance of missing her flight, I looked over at the traffic and planes taking off one after the other.
I took a deep breath and thought to myself, it is God who gives man the wisdom to build ramps, and roadways and pathways, and even on a busy morning, like any other morning in the city that never sleeps, He contemplated my soul with peace, affirming His direction and perfect plan for our lives because He is The Faithful One who has promised to lead the way.
In the hustle and bustle of the everyday cluster, bumper to bumper or runways that you must go through on your everyday life, just remember to take a deep breath and move to the passenger side. Sit back, relax and enjoy the Jazz.
In every little way, and sometimes through airplanes and traffic jams, and confused GPS' - He, the Lord is always talking, and He will not get us to our destination late, because He knows exactly which way to turn.
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye. Psalms 32:8
